"WHAT A RELIEF" I have had an occurrent shoulder problem for some time resulting in pain and restricted mobility in the left shoulder region effecting my working and private life. Doctors diagnosed this problem as wear and tear and i should learn to live with it, relieved by courses of anti-inflammatory and pain killers which only numbed the pain and relieved the discomfort until the next occurrence which was bound to return sometime in the future. After many restless nights, i would sometimes awake feeling worse than when i had retired to bed. I arrived at the stage where i had just had enough of the usual tablets so i tried other treatments, i purchased a TENS machine which extended the time between bouts of pain and discomfort. My latest bout just didn`t seem to be improving until i spoke to Sharon regarding my problem Sharon said "that a massage could probably help", so i placed myself into Sharon`s capable hands, with a blend of essential oils and one session of massage i waited for the result. The following day my shoulder was warm to the touch but with no apparent relief. Day two was a wonderful experience the pain was more of an ache and mobility greatly improved. It is now some five weeks later and i can say "that i am now back to approximately 90% mobility and the ache only appears occasionally when i try and do too much".
