I have enjoyed designing Sharons website, "Buena-Vida-Holistics.com". Apart from web design I am an avid cyclist and annual competitor in the 12 Hour and National 24 Hour Time Trials. Needless to say that I get a few niggly aches and pains in the shoulders, back and legs. After trying Sharons sports massage's I found them to be of great importance and much benefit to myself and my sport.
